Returns + Exchanges
RETURN POLICY & PROCESS
We provide free 30-day exchanges and returns on all bras and bodysuits. To be eligible, we must receive the items you wish to exchange or return within 30 days of your original order date. All return merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all okko tags attached in their original position.

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear, reusable nipple covers, or socks. However, if you purchased the wrong size in the underwear or socks, reach out to email@example.com so we can make it right!
WHEN DO I GET MY REFUND?
The refund and inspection process can take up to 3 weeks after your return package has been received at our warehouse. Note that once a refund has been issued, your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit back to your account.
If we receive a return package after the 30-day window has passed, we reserve the right to return the items back to you or issue you store credit.
ARE SHIPPING FEES REFUNDABLE?
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ON MARKDOWN?
No, products with markdown prices are final sale without exception. Markdown products include: (1) all bodysuit styles and (2) the blush colorway in the signature bra and underwear.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE A GIFT?
If you received our bodywear as a gift, you can exchange it for another product or store credit—no receipt required. To initiate the gift exchange process, please visit: https://okko.loopreturns.com/#/gift.
CAN I RETURN AN INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
All international sales are final, as we cannot issue return labels to non-U.S. customers at this time.
