how to use points

The Clutter Free Club is our loyalty program where you’re earn points for shopping okko and staying connected with our brand. Membership is 100% free. Just click the Sign Up button at the top of the page to get started. You will then be prompted to create an okko account, then boom, you’re in!

We've listed all your points-earning possibilities above in the ‘ways to earn points’ section. You can also earn 200 points ($10 credit) when a friend you refer completes their first purchase of $40+.

Our Clutter Free Club program has three loyalty tiers: Newbie, Enthusiast, and Devotee that are based on your annual spend on www.loveokko.co. The lowest tier, Newbie, is free to join by making an account on our website. To reach the Enthusiast tier, you must spend at least $150 over the last 12 months. To reach the Devotee tier, you must spend at least $300 over the last 12 months. Moving up tiers occurs automatically as soon as you reach the spend threshold. Every time you move up a tier, you will unlock special offers, which are outlined in the ‘rewards tier’ section above. Once you have been in a tier for 12 months, your total spend for the preceding 12 months will be revaluated, and you will either remain in the same tier or get moved to the tier commensurate with your spend.

Two weeks after you purchase a product, you will receive an email asking for you to leave a review. Click through that email, and follow the instructions to share a review! After your review is posted, you will receive 50 points and a code for 15% off your next purchase. A win, win!

Points can be redeemed for discounts on your next okko purchase! Rewards include: $5 off (100 points), $10 off (200 points), and $15 off (300 points). To redeem points, sign into your account, head to the Clutter Free Club loyalty program page, and scroll down to ‘how to use points.’ Click ‘get reward’ to generate a unique discount code that you can apply at checkout.

Simple: Make sure you're logged into your account. Your balance is always displayed on the loyalty program page when you're logged in.

Points will be available in your account 30 days after you make a purchase or make a successful referral. Points earned by interacting with other program benefits will be added to your account immediately.

We really want you to declutter sustainably. Every time that you recycle your old underwear using the Take Back Bag, our top drawer recycling kit, you’ll earn 2x points on the price of the product. Plus, after you register your Take Back Bag, you’ll receive $15 credit towards your next okko purchase.

Your points will expire after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (i.e., not making a purchase in the last 12 months). At expiration, your approved points balance will expire in full. Any points earned during the 12-month period from non-purchase activities (e.g., following us on social media) will also expire on the same date. You’ll receive an email two weeks before your points are about to expire.

The points value of the returned product will be debited from your overall balance (as if you hadn't made the purchase at all).
