The wait is finally over! We are thrilled to share that our Signature Bra in onyx and creme is back in stock, and better than ever before.
Our revamped bra has all of the qualities you’ve come to love — including its everyday silhouette and wireless comfort — with a few modest adjustments to improve fit, versatility, and inclusivity. Those updates include:
- Incorporating multi-way straps to give you the option between a conventional back and racerback
- Providing more support for sizes large-XXXL through fit enhancements like more cup depth and thicker straps
- Extending the bra’s size range to XXS-XXXL

1. HOW EXACTLY HAS THE BRA’S DESIGN CHANGED?
Design updates can be bucketed into two categories: a) changes that affect all sizes and b) changes that affect size large and up. These updates have been well received by our fit testers and team, so we are excited for you to experience them as well!
a) Enhancements impacting sizes XXS-XXXL
For all sizes, we incorporated a multi-way strap with a removable back hook, so you can choose between a conventional back or racerback. See figure A.
b) Enhancements impacting sizes L-XXXL
We reconfigured the fit to provide a bit more support for women wearing sizes L-XXXL. That includes more cup depth, taller center front, wider straps, and longer body for more support. See figure B.
2. WHAT IS THE NEW SIZE RANGE?
Our revamped Signature Bra now covers sizes XXS through XXXL. This expanded size range is available for creme and onyx only at this time. The new sizes in the other hues will be rolled out with the next restocks. For our size conversion, please refer to our size chart.
3. WHAT COLORS IS THE REVAMPED BRA AVAILABLE IN?
Currently, the revamped Signature Bra is available in onyx and creme. Blush, honey, and rich are available only in the original style until our next restocks. If you’re waiting on those colorways, we encourage you to sign up for the waitlist to be the first to know.
4. WHEN WILL THESE DESIGN UPDATES AND NEW SIZES BE ROLLED OUT FOR OTHER COLORS?
The revamped Signature Bra will be launched incrementally as part of our business-as-usual restock process. In other words, we will roll out this updated style after we sell through current inventory stock in the other colorways.
Based on current estimates, you can expect the revamped bra in blush and rich later this year, and honey in early 2022. These timelines may shift due to external factors, such as limited capacity on overseas freight, but we will keep you updated.
5. WHAT’S UP WITH THIS STAGGERED LAUNCH OF THE REVAMPED BRA?
We will continue to sell through inventory of our original bra because we do not believe in throwing out product in perfect condition. Trust us, both the original and revamped designs are equally functional — the okko team has been wearing both interchangeably for months! Also, our factory sets minimum order quantities (MOQs) for each colorway. Until fairly recently, onyx and creme were the only orders that met these MOQs. As a small, self-funded business, we do not have millions of dollars to purchase inventory beyond our most pressing restock needs.
We understand potential frustrations with not having a consistent style for a period of time, but we are working as diligently as we can to launch the revamped bra across all hues.
6. WHEN I’M ORDERING, HOW CAN I TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE REVAMPED AND ORIGINAL STYLES?
We hope to make it as clear as possible! Our Signature Bra webpage will have various prompts denoting whether your selection is the original or revamped style. If you are signed up for our email marketing list, we also will send a post-purchase email with a reminder. 7. MY ORDER HAS BOTH THE ORIGINAL AND REVAMPED BRAS IN IT. WHAT IF I ONLY WANT ONE OF THE VERSIONS?
We are rolling the revamped bra incrementally as part of our normal restock process. That means that depending on the mix of colors you order, your package may have two versions of our bra — the original and revamped — for a period of time. If you only want one of the versions, contact us at email@example.com, and we will figure out a solution together.
8. WILL YOU CONTINUE TO OFFER THE ORIGINAL BRA DESIGN?
After we sell through our current inventory of the original Signature Bra, no.
9. WHY DIDN’T YOU INCORPORATE THESE DESIGN FEATURES FROM THE GET-GO?
Since our launch, we have collected hundreds of data points with feedback from real customers about our products. Our design team has synthesized this information into the most requested features and got to work on creating the next generation of our products (not just the Signature Bra!). No brand is perfect, but we are doing our best to be as responsive as we can to you. Because, our goal is to design bodywear that our community will love for years to come. 10. WHY DID RESTOCKING THESE COLORS TAKE SO LONG?

In summary, restock delays were caused by our transition to a new factory that had to learn how to make our fabric and styles from scratch, a careful development process to incorporate design enhancements, and supply chain delays impacting all industries due to the pandemic.
11. HOW SUSTAINABLE IS YOUR PRODUCTION PROCESS?
Becoming a more sustainable brand is one of our most important priorities. In a big step towards that goal, we moved the manufacturing of our bra and underwear to OEKO-TEX® certified factory and fabric mill. The onyx and creme restock is one of the first to be produced by our new, more eco-conscious partners. Additionally, we are transitioning to biodegradable (aka, plastic free) polybags. Similar to our incremental approach to launching the revamped Signature Bra, these biodegradable alternatives will start to phase in as we introduce restocks.
12. HAS THE PRICE CHANGED?
No. One bra still is priced at $42 and two for $69. That said, we are conducting a holistic internal review across all our pricing, as our manufacturing costs have gone up considerably. Inflation is a very real thing that impacts even small businesses like ours!
